The word ‘items’ refers to any objects that are components of the image, whether they are on the character (e.g. accesseries, clothing) or outside the character (e.g. held object, background)

The word ‘small items’ refers to items that are simple or small in size, normal components, or additional decorations that don't require much effort.

The word ‘large items’ refers to items that are complex or large in size, components with details, or additional decorations that require effort comparable to the character .

The artist does not accept any work intended for use in activities related to AI or NFTs.

For personal use projects, the work cannot be used to produce more than 2 items (or otherwise agreed before the commission begins) or be used in the sale or advertising of any products or services.

For commercial use projects, please provide details of how the image will be used before commissioning, to determine the appropriate work format (such as file setting).

When posting images on social media, please give appropriate credit to the artist (knoctua), unless otherwise agreed before the commission begins.

The client may only modify the image by changing the background color and adding text, unless otherwise agreed before the commission begins.

The copyright of the artwork belongs to the artist, unless otherwise agreed upon before the commission begins.

The artist has the right to show the work in portfolio, indicating it as commissioned work, unless otherwise agreed before the commission begins.

The commission begins when the client pays a deposit or the full amount to the artist.

นักวาดไม่รับงานใดๆ ที่มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการนำไปใช้เพื่อกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ AI หรือ NFT

กรณีงานสำหรับใช้ส่วนตัว (personal use) ไม่สามารถนำไปผลิตสินค้าเกินกว่า 2 ชิ้น (หรือตามที่ได้ตกลงก่อนการจ้างงาน) หรือใช้ประกอบการขายหรือการโฆษณาสินค้าหรือบริการใดๆ

กรณีงานเชิงพาณิชย์ (commercial use) กรุณาแจ้งรายละเอียดการนำภาพไปใช้ก่อนการจ้างงาน เพื่อการกำหนดรูปแบบงานที่เหมาะสม (อาทิ การตั้งค่าไฟล์)

การนำภาพลงโซเชียลมีเดีย กรุณาให้เครดิตผู้วาด (knoctua) ตามสมควร เว้นแต่จะได้ตกลงกันก่อนการจ้างงาน

ผู้จ้างสามารถแก้ไขภาพได้เฉพาะการเปลี่ยนสีพื้นหลังและการใส่ตัวอักษรเท่านั้น เว้นแต่จะได้ตกลงกันก่อนการจ้างงาน

ลิขสิทธิ์ในงานวาดเป็นของผู้วาด เว้นแต่จะมีการตกลงกันก่อนการจ้างงาน

ผู้วาดมีสิทธินำชิ้นงานแสดงในแฟ้มสะสมผลงานโดยระบุว่าเป็นงานรับจ้าง หรือตามเงื่อนไขที่ได้ตกลงกันก่อนการจ้างงาน

การจ้างงานเริ่มต้นขึ้นเมื่อผู้จ้างจ่ายเงินมัดจำหรือเงินทั้งหมดแก่ผู้วาด
